Silicon Valley.

The two weeks
What the last cohort did.
The October 2025 schedule, day by day. Every cohort is built around its teams, so guests and visits change.

How to join
Start with
Founder Sprint.
US Track is for teams that finished Founder Sprint. You arrive with your customer, positioning and pitch already sharpened, so the two weeks go to the market, not the basics.
FAQ
Before you go.
How many people from one company can join?
Up to two people per company. If you want to bring more of your team, talk to us first and we will arrange it case by case.
How much does it cost?
There is a program fee. It covers everything in the Bay Area except your flight: housing, getting around, meals, sessions and workshops, mentoring, investor sessions and the events we host. Ask us for the amount for the next cohort.
Who can join US Track?
Founders who finished Outsome Founder Sprint, in Seoul or through the remote track. Most teams build B2B software, AI or tech-enabled products. You do not need to operate in the US yet, but you should be actively building.
What actually happens during the two weeks?
You live and work with other founders, meet YC founders, operators and early-stage investors, and test your messaging with the market. It is not a conference or a startup tour. Most of the time goes to building, refining your pitch and talking to people.
Do I need traction?
Not necessarily. Some teams arrive with revenue, others are still shaping their customer. What matters is execution speed and how serious you are about the US.
Will I meet investors?
Yes, but that is not the first goal. Investors come through small sessions like the VC roundtable and dinners. Many teams leave with follow-up conversations.
Do I need a network in Silicon Valley?
No. Most founders arrive without one. The program is designed to give you direct, repeated exposure to people building here.
What is living together like?
One shared house for the cohort. Founders cook, work out, debrief and plan together, and Peter is on the ground with you. In the last cohort's survey, the shared house scored 4.8 out of 5.
