“We always wanted to go global, but we didn’t know exactly how. Through Founder Sprint we focused on meeting real US customers and rethinking our pricing. That led us to pivot from $500 deals to enterprise contracts worth $10K.”

frequently asked questions
We’re here to answer your questions.
Clear answers, no fluff. US Track is designed for founders who want to understand how Silicon Valley actually works. Here are the questions we get most often.
Who can apply to US Track?
US Track is designed for founders who have completed the Outsome Founder Sprint program in Seoul or through the Remote track. Founder Sprint helps teams clarify their customer, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. US Track then builds on that foundation by bringing founders directly into the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
Most teams are building B2B SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled startups and want to understand how Silicon Valley companies approach customers, growth, and fundraising.
You don’t need to already be operating in the US but you should be actively building.
Because the program is execution-focused, completing Founder Sprint ensures all participating teams start with a strong baseline.
Founders spend two intensive weeks in Silicon Valley.
You’ll live and work with other founders, meet YC founders, operators, and early-stage investors, and test your ideas directly with the market. This isn’t a conference or a startup tour.
Most of the time is spent building, refining your messaging, and talking to real customers.
US Track focuses first on helping founders understand the Silicon Valley ecosystem and refine their positioning. Along the way, founders meet operators, YC alumni, and early-stage investors through small working sessions.
Many teams naturally build relationships that lead to follow-up conversations after the program.
Our companies have met with investors from Khosla Ventures, Pioneer Fund, Next Ventures, Innocation Ventures, 500 Global, Novo Holdings, and many more.
Most founders join without any meaningful network in the Valley.
US Track helps founders understand how relationships are built in Silicon Valley and gives them direct exposure to people actively building companies here.
What is the living experience like during US Track?
US Track is designed as a fully immersive founder experience.
For two weeks, founders live together in San Francisco. Peter and the Outsome team stay in the same house and host daily sessions, mentor meetings, and founder dinners throughout the program.
The goal is to recreate the kind of intense founder environment that helped shape many Silicon Valley companies.
The program fee covers accommodation, local transportation, and meals during the two-week program.
Founders only need to arrange their own flights to San Francisco.
US Track was designed based on program structures Peter experienced at Y Combinator and 500 Global, and over 100 startup teams have participated in Outsome programs so far, with extremely high founder satisfaction.
